Delete your GKC account
In the app
Open the GKC app, go to You, tap the settings cog, then Delete account and confirm. It happens straight away.
By email
If you can't get into the app, email info@worklessgolfmore.co.uk from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my GKC account".
What is deleted
Your name, email address, Apple or Google sign-in link, profile photo, bio, job title and the devices we send notifications to are deleted. Your posts, comments, board threads, replies, kit reviews and questions are removed from the app. Your verification record is kept in anonymised form.
What we keep, and for how long
A record of subscription transactions is kept for 6 years because tax law requires it. Moderation records about content that broke our rules may be kept for up to 12 months to stop repeat abuse. Backups roll off within 35 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Supporter subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
