How do I get the verified tick?
In the app, open You and ask your course to confirm you. We check with the club, and the tick appears when they confirm you work there.
How do I cancel a Supporter subscription?
On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Greenkeeper Crew. On Android: Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions. Deleting your GKC account does not cancel the subscription; the store handles that.
How do I report a post or a person?
Tap the three dots on any post, comment, thread or profile and choose Report. You can also block someone from their profile. We review every report.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You, Settings, Delete account. Or see delete your account.
